Zomato Bengaluru Bengaluru, Bengaluru police to stop Zomato delivery guy alleged assault case. Not to investigate further due to lack of evidence. Hitesha , who accused the Zomato delivery guy for delayed food delivery  was not cooperating with them. Hitesha, is just posting her comments on social media but not coming to the station for interrogation after the delivery boy filed a case of assault. Police said they gathered more information from St John hospital for medical opinion during the probe and the preliminary observation reported that the injury Hitesha had on her nose is "not an assault or punch," as she had alleged before. Unfinished Elevated Corridor -- Ramp Removed -- Maduravoyal, Chennai.

    Ramp abutment removed, to ease flow of traffic at Maduravoyal’s unfinished elevated corridor. This black spot has been designated as an accident-prone zone, department of traffic police said.   The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has initiated to remove   a portion of concrete abutment from the Chennai Port-Maduravoyal elevated corridor at Maduravoyal on the Poonamallee High Road. Sources in the traffic police said, 18 meter wide of the road remained inaccessible due to this structure. “Traffic slows down considerably. During peak hours, this becomes an uncontrollable problem,” an official said. Meanwhile, the process of preparing the preliminary report for the construction of a proposed Double-Decker flyover from Chennai Port to Maduravoyal is under way. Zomato incident 4th update - Hitesha absconds Bengaluru

Police said, Hithesha left Bengaluru on wendnesday after Zomato delivery guy Kamaraj filed a counter complaint against her. This had come to light after police tried to contact Hitesha for question following Kamaraj's counter complaint. According to news reports, police said Hitesha is in her aunt's house in Maharashtra. Also they have warned her to appear before police in a said time, failing to appear before police will lead to arrest. Meanwhile, the city police have assured that the investigation will continue. Zomato incident third update -- FIR against Hitesha

Bengaluru, Bengaluru police on Monday registered an FIR against female model and makeup artist Hitesha, who accused Zomato’s delivery man Kamaraj of attacking her over alleged delayed food delivery service, as per the news report.  Hitesha has been charged with wrongful restraint, assault, intentional insult, and criminal intimidation based on a complaint given by the delivery man Kamaraj. Nagpur a week long Lockdown -- Will essentials open?

  A week-long lock down has been imposed in Nagpur, one of the worst covid-19 hit-regions in Maharashtra, starting today. Nagpur reported 2,252 new cases and 12 deaths in last 24 hours. On March 11th Nagpur Guardian Minister Nitin Raut in a meeting, decided to impose complete lock down. Nagpur will be under complete lock down from March 15 to March 21. Essential services will continue. Nagpur district administration ordered, only essential services such as vegetable shops, milk shops will stay open, while liquor will be sold online until lockdown. Private offices will remain closed, while government offices will function at 25% capacity. Mr Amitesh Kumar Nagpur police commissioner told that Police will be watching traffic to avoid unnecessary journeys.
