Sujatha, wife of Santhan Krishnan (SK) reported to Police Station, that her husband went missing a couple of days before. The discovery of a headless body in the Chennai Metro early one morning was particularly unusual. It sent an emotional upheaval to the Corporation of Greater Chennai, but the incident went unnoticed outside Chennai.   The H-1B is a visa in the United States that allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations. Indians and Chinese in the world are the major holder for this visa, IT in particular. There is always a high demand for this visa. To obtain this visa, former US President Trump introduced various restrictions, which severely affected many thousands of Indian technicians. Being so, Joe Biden administration the newly elected President of the United States is changing the controversial policies brought by the previous administration. The Joe Biden administration has announced that it intends to reconsider H1B visa issue. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services said in a statement that it had "decided to reconsider the three policy decisions made by the Trump administration to cancel visas for foreign workers, including H1B visas, during the Corona curfew."               Click follow-up button...

JET AIRWAYS -- I'm back

Jet Airways, Jalan Kalrock Consortium's plan to operate Jet Airways, has been approved by The National Company Law Tribunal, NCLT. Due to credit crunch and financial distress for more than couple of years, Jet Airways was forced to land all it's planes On April 17, 2019. However, the company's financial distress will soon come to an end. The company was declared bankrupt, after it failed to pay Rs 8,000 crore to the State Bank of India.   In this context, the resolutions of  Jalan Kalrock Consortium has been accepted by NCLT. Jalan Kalrock Consortium seems to implement the plan to operate the plane within 90 days. However, no decision has taken yet, where to land the planes.
