Discovery of a new type of mutated corona virus in Vietnam

As the corona virus mutates and spreads in different countries, the rate of spread of the disease also increases. Mutant strains of the corona virus have already been identified in countries including the UK and India. Scientists say a new type of corona has now been discovered in Vietnam, one of the Southeast Asian countries. Corona spread is well controlled in Vietnam due to intensive corona prevention activities. A total of 7,000 plus people have been diagnosed with corona virus so far, while 50 plus have died of corona virus infection. It is feared that the number of cases could increase as corona virus has been detected in the area. Scientists are currently studying the newly discovered mutated corona, as 7 types of corona virus have already been identified in Vietnam.
