Zomato incident third update -- FIR against Hitesha

Bengaluru police on Monday registered an FIR against female model and makeup artist Hitesha, who accused Zomato’s delivery man Kamaraj of attacking her over alleged delayed food delivery service, as per the news report. 

Hitesha has been charged with wrongful restraint, assault, intentional insult, and criminal intimidation based on a complaint given by the delivery man Kamaraj.

Police officer said, Kamaraj had stated that Hitesha had hit and thrown slippers at him, accused him of defaming her and hurling abuses at him.
